Life can feel like a crazy maze and hard to juggle at times but if you were to take 5 minutes each day to give thanks you would be surprise on how your life can slowly start to change. It all start's with YOU!
I want to invite you , yes YOU! To take part in this gratitude challenge in which could become a daily ritual. It will help you feel better , look better and express yourself better in a positive way.
Monday: Write down a friend or family member you’re thankful for. What makes them great?
Tuesday: What skills do you have that you’re grateful for? Cooking, lip syncing, public speaking.
Wednesday: Write a quick thank you note (or email) to a colleague.
Thursday: The greatest wealth is health. What about your wellbeing is worth celebrating?
Friday: Jot down 3 things in nature that make you happy.
Saturday: The news can be overwhelming. Note one good thing that’s happening in the world right now.
Sunday: Write about a hardship you’re thankful for. This can be tough, but remember that you learn something from every setback.
